DRAFT TECHNICIAN REPORTS TO: On Premise-Key Account Manager

POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Non-Exempt

GENERAL HOURS: Varies

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of all draft lines located at assigned on-premise accounts. This position is considered a safety sensitive position as defined by the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention and Testing Program as allowed under the State of Oklahoma House Bill 2612 (aka “The Unity Bill”).

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Maintain draft lines and equipment in assigned retail accounts.

? Adhere to all Company policies and State and Federal regulations.

? Soliciting of additional draft lines or product placements.

? Provide quality service of Capital Distributing draft beers in accordance with suppliers’ guidelines

? Maintain company assigned equipment and vehicles.

? Understand and comply with all quality assurance guidelines and policies of R.M.C. and its suppliers.

? Clean and maintain draft cleaning equipment as needed.

? Report all equipment problems or damage to management immediately upon discovery.

GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

? Communicate and cooperate with all departments of the company to ensure the smooth operation of the company as a whole.

? Maintain a positive relationship with all customers, co-employees and management.

? Maintain appropriate dress and personal appearance.

? Know, understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

? Promote company goodwill in all areas, assist others and perform tasks as appropriate and/or necessary to help maintain the positive image of Capital Distributing in the market.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

? High School Diploma or GED required

? Draft Technician experience preferred

? Good mechanical skills ? Must be organized and able to prioritize

? Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

? Must be able to drive, sit or stand for extended periods of time

? Must be able to lift and carry 10 to 25 lbs

? Must be able to push and pull 50 to 150 lbs

? Must be able to twist and reach overhead

? Must be able to balance, crawl and/or climb a ladder
